After registration you can download file Spedia.exe (870kb). Rename it to Spedia210.exe and start. Then some files will be created. Start Spedia.exe and log in (if you are already registered). Window such as this will appear:

Set up Internet Connection. If you don't use proxy server, you don't have to change anything. Click login and SpediaBar will start. You will see an exclamation mark at the bottom. If it is green, you are earning, if red or yellow you are not.
